I've only used Chen's Village for delivery, so I can't tell you what the ambience is like in their restaurant. I can tell you that I have never been disappointed by the quality of their food, or the speed of their delivery service. For the price, it is hard to find a better value in the Queen Anne/Bellevue area. I'm particlarly fond of their eggplant in spicy garlic sauce, and any of their egg foo yung dishes.<p>Their delivery staff is always friendly and quick, and one time the driver even came back to my apartment after having returned to the restaurant because he realized that he had forgotten to provide me with sweet & sour sauce for my chicken. He did this--without me having to call back--in the time it took for me and my guest to unpack everything, dish it out, and realize that we were missing something.<p>Chen's village is a solid choice for quick & tasty Chinese delivery.
