Munchito (blog) says:
...We ordered the Mu Shu Pork and Double Pan Fried Noodles with Beef [from P.F. Chang's]. I enjoyed the noodles, but the heavy sauce was a big turn off, and they were definitely nothing compared to the Hong Kong style noodles from Ho Ho Seafood... (link)

The food is only mediocre, the service is average, the ambiance is a little spooky--but Ho Ho is my favorite lunch restaurant in the International District. Why? Because it's cheap, never crowded, and filling. The place is located a couple blocks from the Uwajimaya epicenter of the ID, not far from the park. Walking in, you're surrounded by faded plastic tanks filled with scary sea creatures--gigantic crab things and unhappy-looking fish. But the servers are pleasant, and once away from the Foyer/Seafood Purgatory you're led to a clean table in a well-lit restaurant. Five bucks (actually, a little bit less than that) gets you an entree from the lunch menu, rice (steamed or fried), tea, and soup. The hot-and-sour soup can be a little too greasy, but is usually pretty good. The entrees are more than adequate; much better than what you'd get in the Uwajimaya lunch line but not as good as what you'd get at Bangkok House or other fancy ID place.General Tso's Chicken is the dish by which you can evaluate any chinese restaurant, and Ho Ho's Tso's is pretty much perfectly average. But Ho Ho gets bonus points for serving grilled veggies (green pepper, onion, and carrots) with the chicken. Grandmom's Tofu (tofu with bok choi and some kind of minced meat) is good for when you feel like eating something unusual. Black Bean chicken is my personal favorite. If you're with a group (4+ people), get the Jade Lunch or one of the other group lunches. You'll get 4 or more dishes served family style, so everyone can have a little bit of everything. Tea, rice, and soup are also served.I wouldn't go here for dinner, but for lunch in the ID, Ho Ho can't be beat.
