I am a westerner who has lived in Taiwan and when I get hungry for good Chinese food I go here. You can order either Americanized food or authentic Chinese things like steamed fish with the heads still on. There is also a second section of the menu in Korean where you can order kim chee and other Korean dishes. Good service both for take out and eat in. The atmosphere is like a neighborhood restauant in Taiwan. When I bring Taiwan visitors here they also rate it as good.
