My family was visiting from California and I was trying to figure out a place to take them. Cafe Veloce totally fit the bill. My step-mother is Italian and loved the food and my dad is a motorcycle aficionado and loved the ambiance, plus it is kid-friendly! I love the pasta - Chicken Scampi and the Dungeness crab one are my favorites!

If your looking for a nice local italian joint this is it. Located just off 405 next to Evergreen Hospital Cafe Veloce has really good food. The ambiance is very unique - all about italian motorcycles. If your date is boring you can catch some great races on TV. Awesome sauces - Alfredo is really wonderful and the any dish with seafood is wonderful. You'll never break the bank and you'll have some great food in a relaxing, laid back restaurant. Great middle of the week joint.
